The West Delta Bus Co. runs here from Misr Station (every hr. 8am-10prn, LEI.50). The last bus back to Alexandria leaves at 5pm; make it a day trip. Minibuses from a stop at Tikka Grill in Alexandria, one block in from the corniche, cost LE2.50 per person. The train (3rd-dass only) runs from Misr Station daily at 6:50pm (75pt), so it’s basically useless unless you’re staying in town with friends. Trains return to Alexandria (8 per day, 5:5Oam-7:45pm, 60pt to Ma’mura, 70pt to downtown).
